The WWE Hall of Fame is one of the greatest honors in professional wrestling and is reserved for selected members of the fraternity. However, Jeff Hardy supposedly rejected the proposal when the company tried to include it in the Hall of Fame. The legendary star recently revealed the reason for the decision.

Jeff is one of the most popular WWE stars of all time. The charismatic enigma and his brother Matt Hardy changed the wrestling panorama in pairs, since the Hardy Boyz had rivalries that defined an era with Edge and Christian and the Dudley Boyz. Jeff also had a significant success as an individual fighter and was one of the fans' favorites.

During a recent talk with Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Jeff Hardy asked about his thoughts about a possible induction to the Hall of Fame. While they were asked about the TNA Hall of Fame, Jeff thought he was referring to the WWE and revealed why he rejected his offer last time.

“I denied it. I was in a bad situation after my father died. I reached a point where there was no turning, something had to happen, but it didn't seem good to me when they offered it to me.”
