Penta and Ludwig Kaiser began the action at the Ring at WWE RAW this week, and Vince Russo pointed out a problem that could have made the star that recently debuted was bad.
Kaiser and Penta had a predictably full of action that ended with the latter getting another victory in RAW. The former AEW star even applied “The Sacrifice” Arm Breaker about Ludwig before obtaining the account of three, but WWE had not finished with the action. After the fight, Pete Dunne appeared, and Ludwig took advantage of the distraction to attack Penta in the back. Vince Russo found strange that Ludwig Kaiser did not sell the Arm Breaker and rose immediately to attack Penta.
In Legion of RAWVince Russo discussed the logical fallacies in the fight and pointed out that Michael Cole has consistently classified the Penta movement as one of the most devastating in WWE.
The former screenwriter revealed that he believed that Ludwig Kaiser did not forget to sell but was rather sending an indirect message to WWE on giving Penta a boost despite being new in the roster.
“Cole is talking about ArmorAker… Brother, Kaiser returns, recovers his rhythm, walks to the bottom, he did not sell it at all! And I guarantee that this is what he is. Kaiser is watching 'everything I have done and every job I have done, and I have done it as a professional, and I have made everyone shine, and now you will bring this guy?' Are you going to tell me that Kaiser forgot to sell? (57:28 – 58:26)
Russo added that Ludwig even used the same arm that Penta attacked, further reducing the impact of the Arm Breaker. Vince was quite sure that Kaiser's actions were intentioned to negatively affect Penta's presentation so far:
“The way Cole was talking about that. And brother, if you look, when Kaiser returned to the offensive, he was using the same arm. He was using the same arm, and walked backwards, and all that is intentional, boys, I promise you.” (58:27 – 58:48)
Ludwig Kaiser and Penta have not finished with each other after the post-combat attack in RAW. With Pete Dunne also involved in the angle, WWE has some important creative decisions regarding his most recent talent acquisition.
