The president of the Generalitat sHe will sit in the third row, along with the presidents of Andalusia, Juanma Moreno, and of Castilla-La Mancha, Emiliano García Page, as representatives of the territories affected by the catastrophe.
In the front row, in the central seats, will be the kingswho will lead, as has been said since the preparations began, the solemn act. It is the row of honor, reserved for the main authorities of the State along with a representation of the victims, the three people who will give the speeches of remembrance and who will sit to the left of Queen Letizia.
Two more relatives of victims will wear the laurel crown: Francisco Javier Cantos and Thais Bonilla.
Guest authorities
For his part, to the right of King Felipe VI will be the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez; the presidents of the Senate and Congress, Pedro Rollán and Francina Armengol; and the president of the General Council of the Judiciary and Supreme Court, Isabel Perelló.
The president of the Generalitat, Carlos Mazón, will sit in the third row along with his Andalusian and Castilian-Manchego counterparts, territories affected by the catastrophe along with the Valencian Community. Behind them, the rest of the regional presidents who have accepted the invitation, those of the unaffected communities.
Previously, Mazón will be at the reception for their majesties upon arrival, along with Sánchez, Armengol, Rollán, the mayor of València, María José Catalá, and the Government delegate in the Valencian Community, Pilar Bernabé.
Meeting of the victims with the kings and without Mazón
Mazón, whom multiple victims blame for his management of the dana and have asked him not to attend, has confirmed his attendance despite everything. However, according to sources from the organization, Mazón will not participate in the official greeting meeting of the kings with the President of the Government and the victims, which will take place before the start of the event.
This meeting will take place in a private space, once the kings and the rest of the authorities have accessed the interior. They will attend, representing all, 10 relatives of victims, that they will have a few words with Sánchez and the kings.
These representatives of victims of dana They are Rosa Álvarez, president of the Association of Mortal Victims Dana 29-O; Carmina Gil, vice president of the association; Toñi García and Jesús Cobo Contreras, also from the same association; Juan Retamino Gil and José Emilio Picos, from the Association of Victims Damaged by Dana l'Horta Sud.
