WWE has the tendency to bring great stars back in special events, and the next Saturday Night's Main Event event may not be the exception. According to the member of the NWA Hall of Fame, Bill Apter, Goldberg could be one of the names highlighted in the show.
The last appearance of Goldberg in WWE was during a confrontation with Gunther, which led fans to speculate on a fight between them. With Da Man making it clear that he will have his retirement fight next year, he could easily prepare if he appears soon.
Speaking in UnSKriptedthe member of the Nwa Bill Apter Hall of Fame mentioned certain veterans who could appear in Saturday Night's Main Event. In addition to Goldberg, he also mentioned names like Hulk Hogan and Jimmy Hart. Said:
“I think Jimmy Hart will be there, that sure. And I think they will have a full range of talents, you know, sitting in the seats, supporting … Hogan could actually be there. Goldberg could appear, only as spectators.” (From 28:07 to 28:27)
