

A member of the WWE Hall of Fame recently talked about the return of John Cena for his farewell tour. He expressed his desire to face the Cenation leader for the first time in 16 years.
The world champion 16 times had a historical rivalry with John Bradshaw Layfield (JBL) at the beginning of his career in the main roster, while Cena pursued his first WWE championship. The Cenation leader defeated the member of the Hall of Fame in Wrestlemania 21 to capture the title. Since then, they have faced each other sometimes. His last fight was in January 2009, when the 47 -year -old legend defeated JBL in a fight for the World Heavyweight Championship in Royal Rumble.
The former APAmmbro fought for the last time at the WWE in 2011 when he participated in the Royal Rumble. In the podcast Something to Wrestlea fan asked if he would like to have a final fight against dinner. Although the member of the Hall of Fame revealed that he would like, he said he will not happen:
“I would like? Yes, of course. It will not happen. By the way, there is absolutely no conversation about it. And he has much more important things to do. You know, there are so many great clashes for John,” he said. (0:43 – 0:53)

After John Cena won his first WWE championship against JBL in Wrestlemania 21, the 47 -year -old veteran managed to win 15 more world titles, matching Ric Flair's record of the largest number of reigns recognized by the Stamford company.
Speaking in your podcast Cheap Heatanalyst Peter Rosenberg predicted that the Cenation leader would win his 17th World Championship to break his record and The Nature Boy before hanging his boots:
“It's the 17th. He will get the 17th. I mean, there is too much benefit to him man,” he said.
Dinner will compete in the Royal Rumble Male 2025 for an opportunity to the world title in Wrestlemania. It will be interesting to see if it is victorious.
