Millionaires confirmed on Thursday the arrival of the Brazilian Bruno Sávio as a new reinforcement to face the second semester of the year. The offensive midfielder, who can also perform by both bands, joins an ambassador squad, which seeks to replace the course in the Betplay League.
Bruno Sávio da Silva, born in Paraá de Minas (Minas Gerais) 31 years ago, lands in Colombian football from the Bolívar de La Paz, a club with which he got used to competing in height. His experience in high scenarios could facilitate his adaptation to Bogotá.
The Brazilian contract with Millionaires will be for one year. So far from 2025 he has played just eight games, three of them as a starter, so he arrives with less continuity compared to previous campaigns in which he had greater prominence with the Bolivian team.
Formed in the minor divisions of América Mineiro, Bruno Sávio debuted as a professional in 2015. In Brazilian football he also defended the colors of Mirassol, Cuiabá, Bragantino, Avaí and Guaraní, alternating between the first and the second category.
His career also includes steps through Europe and Africa. In 2019 he played in the NK Istra of Croatia and in 2022 he signed with Al Ahly in Egypt, where he spent a season before returning to South American football.
However, its best version was seen in the Bolívar de La Paz. In two and a half years with the Bolivian club, Sávio accumulated 96 games, he scored 36 goals and registered 28 assists, figures that made him one of the main cards of the team.
With his arrival, there are already six reinforcements confirmed by Millionaires for the second semester of 2025. In addition to Bruno Sávio, the Ambassador Club incorporated Guillermo de Amores, Edwin Mosquera, Álex Stik Castro, Cristian Cañozales and Jorge Cabezas.
