As many of you know, Jeff is Sam's husband, father of an incredible child of a year and a half named Milo, son, brother, uncle, friend, emergency dispatcher/first respondent, fighter, musician, enthusiast of the sodas and many more things, with a life full of passions and dedication. With only 38 years, it was tragically diagnosed with ELA (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) approximately one week, and unfortunately the disease has advanced very quickly.
Jeff is an incredible, kind person, who always goes further by those around him. This is clearly reflected in the number of people who love him and consider him a friend or part of his family. He was born and grew in New Providence. After finishing university, he worked as a professional health professional and addictions. He currently continues to put the needs of others at his own, being the voice you hear when you call 911 in search of help. He works for the Mountain Valley Communications Center, which is responsible for dispatching police emergency services, firefighters and EMS for the cities of Summit and Milburn.
Outside his daily life, Jeff has done incredible things that many can only dream of achieving. He has played in bands in several states and countries, is sodas influencer – has its own soda – its own beard oil, and has even participated in a horror movie! The list continues.
For those who know him as Jeff Cannonball, He fulfilled his dream of being a professional fighter. He fought in countless states and countries, worked with many companies, won titles and built relationships with many people. He loved every second of that path, and ELA has taken that part of his life.
He has helped many people over the years, has positively impacted the lives of many, and is literally a friend of people from all areas, which says a lot about the kind of person he is.
This disease has changed its life and that of our family forever. Jeff's life, Sam and Milo is changing rapidly. In a nutshell, they need help. This disease will force him to stop working. They need to find a new home that best suits their needs. Medical invoices are arriving and important adjustments are required so that Jeff can live as long as possible and with the greatest comfort.
Finally, for my nephew Milo, Jeff's son and Sam, he is an incredible and wonderful child. I get my heart what is happening with your dad and think about what you will have to face in the future. Jeff does not have life insurance. I want to make sure Sam and Milo have everything they need economically. They should not have to worry about that, and with this help we can make a difference.

I'm Nick, Jeff's brother. We may seem very different people, but I have always admired it and amazes me everything he has managed to live. Sam gave me his permission to organize this.
