Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton have been allied for some time, but the WWE female champion could soon put aside her friend and join two debuting stars. NIA's relationship with these fighters is not common, but they share Bloodline connections in real life.
The superstars in question are the twins Tonga (Taahine and Talavou). While the tonganos do not have exactly kinship of blood with the Anoa'i family, they share the same cultural heritage. Born of immigrant parents, the twin Tonga are second generation tonganos of Vallejo, California.
The duo made his wrestling debut in 2021 for AEW and then moved to Women of Wrestling (Wow). They are also the first Tonganas fighters in history to win the World Championship in pairs in Wow.
However, they left the promotion earlier this year, in May 2024, after accusations of misconduct. They became free agents and, since then, there have been rumors that the Tonga Twins would make their WWE debut. They have also been trained by the legend of the WWE, Rikishi, and were recently seen in the company's performance center.
So why do rumors circulate that Nia Jax will ally with the Twins Tonga? On November 17, a fan on social networks uploaded a retouched image with Photoshop by NIA Jax celebrating his victory against Naomi on Friday with the Tonga Twins. While the image was not real, it caused a response from Taahine Tonga.
She responded to this image with a title: “Well …”, which led many fans to speculate if the Tonga Twins were on their way to the headquarters in Stamford to ally with Nia Jax.
While it is possible that the Tonga Twins do not debut directly in the main roster, they could do it through the NXT brand. They could enter the black and silver brand before moving to the main roster.
When passing to the main roster, the duo could attack the current NIA Jax, Tiffany Stratton and Candice Lerae. This could lead Stratton to become Babyface in the process. In addition, there have been rumors that Tiffany Stratton would become Babyface for some time, and The Buff Barbie has commented on the matter.
Tiffany Stratton talks about becoming Babyface in WWE
The Blonde Bombshell recently spoke about becoming Babyface in WWE and said his character will become Babyface when it is the right time.
While talking to him New York PostStratton said she would not change anything and that if her character has to become Babyface, she will let that happen naturally.
“I think, naturally, my character will become a kind of babyface, because the public has gradually turned me into a babyface. But I don't think I will change anything, simply because why would you change something that works? I don't think there is much to change. I think I will simply be Tiffany Stratton, maybe a little more pleasant with my coworkers,” he said.
Miss Money in the Bank He currently works like Heel at WWE. He helped Nia Jax beat Naomi for the women's championship in the main SmackDown event recently.
He also tried to collect his contract against Liv Morgan at Crown Jewel on November 2, but could not do it due to the intervention of Raquel Rodríguez and Dominik Mysterio. It remains to be seen if it will be used again against her friend, Nia Jax, to collect her contract in the future.
