R-Truth has officially ended his relationship with WWE, and he himself gave the stunning news in a message that surprised fans on social networks.

On June 1, the veteran fighter turned to Twitter and Instagram To confirm his wwe release. After months of entertaining fans with fun and emotional moments, Truth shared the news with her direct but characteristic grateful tone.

“I regret to inform everyone. I just were released from WWE. I want to thank WWE for the trip, but above all I want to thank each of you who was with me on this trip. Thank you for all the love, support and appreciation that you have given me throughout the years. Thank you.”

This is legitimate according to reports and not a joke of his character. He is leaving WWE, since the company will not renew its contract.

The news comes a few days after the emotional moment in Truth's ring with John Cena at WWE Saturday Night's Main Event on May 24. That fight, which many thought would be a milestone in their career, ended up being an unexpected farewell. The long career superstar had spent months building towards that moment, often referring to dinner as his “childhood hero.”

Truth's sincere admiration added a significant weight to history, with fans involved in what seemed the greatest focus of her recent stage. It is not clear if WWE planned the fight as a farewell or if things changed behind the scenes.

Ron Killings, known professionally as R-Truth, has been a key figure in WWE for a long time. Originally signed in 2008, he later made history in TNA Wrestling as the first heavyweight worldwide champion of the recognized NWA. He returned to WWE in 2008 and completely hugged the R-Truth character, an eccentric, comic and enormously entertaining character that connected with fans of all generations.

Throughout his career, Truth became a multiple champion. He won the United States title, couples titles and converted the 24/7 championship into his own pitch, achieving a record number of reigns while injected constant humor into WWE's programming.
