
In Raw's most recent edition, and in the second fight of the night, we saw how Rusev faced Sami Zayn. However, the fight did not conclude since The Bloodline appeared to attack the Canadian.
Rusev started presuming on the strings, but Sami Zayn imitated him and the public reacted better. That turned on Rusev, who punished him with kicks, elbows and a uppercut, in addition to shoulder attacks in the corner. Zayn responded with rackets and blows, but a rotating elbow of Rusev gave him a count of two.

The Canadian reacted with a elbow and a boot, sending it out of the ring and attacking it with an Arabian press. He tried a cross iron, but Rusev caught him with an Urange and continued header, strangulation in the strings and a supplex.
There was a struggle for another supplex until Rusev connected it, adding a kick behind the back, short loop and more punishment in the corner. He uploaded it to a superplex, but Zayn blocked him with forearms, knocked him down and looked for DDT tornado. When he tried the Helluva Kick, Rusev stopped him with flying kick for another count of two.
The Accolade pointed out, but Zayn fought with elbows and almost surprises him with a rolled. Rusev avoided the Exploder, punished with blows, but Zayn connected it and returned to look for the Helluva Kick, until Tonga Loa and JC Mateo took him out of the ring, causing disqualification.
Then, Mateo and Loa held him so that he tonga planted a snack on his face, while only Sikoa laughed and the officers arrived. At another point in the sand, Sheamus attacked Rusev by surprise with a knee, causing a fight which extended among the public until security managed to separate them.
