WWE RAW begins with several fighters and figures arriving at the event: Jey Use, Penta (who would face Finn Bálor that night), Judgment Day, CM Punk, Seth Rollins and Paul Heyman.
Interview with Gunther:
Gunther entered the ring unexpectedly, surprising the commentators, since Michael Cole had scheduled to interview him later. Cole left the comment table to join Gunther in the ring.
Gunther proclaimed the greatest gift that the company has received, highlighting that he has been champion during 80% of his time in WWE and the best heavyweight world champion in history. He said he would not allow someone like Jey to ruin that.
Gunther challenged Jey to enter Wrestlemania's fight with confidence, ensuring that he would defeat him for the fourth time. He admitted that he was in full control when he attacked Jimmy use and wiped his blood, saying he enjoyed it. He warned that Jey should pray for him to maintain control, or have “drowning” both in Jimmy's blood.
Gunther ended up saying that he would call his mother to tell him how much he enjoyed beating Jey and leaving Wrestlemania as a champion. He dropped the microphone and left furious.
Bianca Belair video promotion:
An engraved promo from Bianca Belair was issued. He admitted that Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley had taken a different side on her, but said that was not bad. He highlighted his victory in Elimination Chamber, his undefeated in Wrestlemania and said that nothing would stop winning the title in Wrestlemania.
Bayley (con Lyra Valkyria) vs. Liv Morgan (con Raquel Rodriguez:
While the referee expelled Rodriguez, Morgan tried a backstabber and an oblivion, but Valkyria held Bayley from the strings, causing Morgan to fall. Bayley covered Morgan with a Jacknife Cover for victory.

Rey Mysterio (con LWO) vs. Julius Creed (con American Made):
A distraction of the referee allowed Chad Gable to attack Rey, leaving him on the upper rope. LWO responded to interfering with Julius, and the referee, seeing both teams on the edge of the ring, expelled them to Backstage.

Backstage interview with New Day:
Jackie Redmond interviewed New Day, while Xavier Woods played Clash of Clans. Kofi Kingston said Erik and Ivar could want war, but New Day has faced conflicts in the dressing room for months. They promised that, when recovering the titles, fans would have no choice but to thank New Day.
AJ Styles vs. Karrion Kross (con Scarlett):
In the end Kross tried a Clothesline, but Styles dodged him and connected a Fireman's Carry Neckbreaker, followed by a Phenomenal Forearm for victory.
After the fight Logan Paul went on stage, he insulted Sacramento's audience and congratulated Styles, saying that they would cook “in Wrestlemania. He showed a promotional video of himself. Styles challenged him to get on the ring, but Kross tried a surprise attack. Styles neutralized it with a DDT reverse. However, Paul took advantage and hit Styles with a fist loaded, leaving him out with a Paulverizer.

Jey use entered black dressed (with white shoes) and received a great ovation. The crowd asked that his music sounds “once again”, and he briefly agreed.
He went up to the commentators' table and gave a promo, greeting his mother at the audience. He said people wondered if they were losing control, admitting yes, but that he was focused. He said that Gunther's words made him see that Gunther is afraid that Jey defeats him in front of 60,000 people for the world title in Wrestlemania. Cathy Kelley tried to interview Bron Breakker, but was immediately attacked by Judgment Day. Finn Bálor threw him against team boxes before the officers intervened.
Finn Bálor vs. Penta (ended in disqualification):
Carlito and Dominik appeared in ringside, distracting Penta. Bálor took the opportunity for a School for two and a dropkick, but before he could connect a Grâce Coup, Bron Breakker entered with his music.
