Rikishi recently spoke about the defeat of his son alone Sikoa against Roman Reigns in Tribal Combat in WWE RAW. He made a great statement regarding the tribal chief.
Roman Reigns was the tribal chief for almost four years. However, he lost his position after Wrestlemania 40 when only Sikoa led a blow inside The Bloodline. The former OTC executor declared himself as the new tribal chief when carrying the ULA Fala. In recent months, Reigns and his original Bloodline fought against Sikoa and the new Bloodline. The civil war apparently ended last Monday when the former WWE undisputed champion defeated his cousin and recovered the ULA Fala to restore himself as the tribal chief of The Bloodline.
Speaking in your podcast Rikishi Fatu Off The Topthe member of the WWE Hall of Fame urged everyone to recognize Reigns as the tribal chief:
“I think we all need to recognize Roman Reigns, the tribal chief. We all need to recognize the tribal chief, what kind of character is this? Look at the doors, the opportunities he has opened, not only for the family, but for the business. Man, we are linked to Netflix, come on. Another to keep this in progress. (From 31:39 to 32:32)
Rikishi says that The Rock passed the torch to Roman Reigns on WWE RAW
In the same episode of his podcast Off The TopRikishi talked about The Rock's actions to Roman Reigns after the latter's victory over Sikoa. The Final Boss went to the ring to place the ULA Fala around his cousin's neck. Then he hugged the OTC and told him he loved him.
The member of the Hall of Fame said that the emotional moment between the two cousins was a step of the rock of The Rock to Reigns:
“(So, in your opinion, was that The Rock passing the torch to Roman Reigns?) I think so. I mean, I thought it was very well done,” he said.
It would be interesting to see if The High Chief and the tribal boss eventually face face to face inside WWE's ring.
