Jey use has had a notable streak as a favorite in Monday Night Raw recently. Despite his solid performances, he has failed to ensure victories in key fighting. This has led Rikishi, Jey's father use and member of the WWE Hall of Fame, to criticize the company once again for his handling of Jey's character.
Rikishi even suggested that Jey use could consider AEW if WWE continues to overlook him at important angles and the handling of his character.
Although Jey has offered impressive actions, he has not yet captured an individual title. His participation in the male “Money in The Bank” did not result in a victory, but Jey use remains a prominent and influential presence in Monday Night Raw. His charisma and ring skill have won the support of fans, who hope to see him succeed in the individual division.
Speaking in his program “Rikishi off the top”, Rikishi expressed his frustration with WWE's treatment towards Jey use. He questioned why, despite Jey's immense popularity and the support of fans, he was not given the opportunity to win Money in the Bank. Rikishi said Jey is one of the most exciting fighters, always fulfilling in the ring, and does not understand why WWE would not give him a chance.
Rikishi hoped that, after the fight of Money in the Bank, WWE at least prepared Jey for some kind of opportunity for a title, perhaps for the intercontinental championship or even the world championship. But this does not happen, Rikishi felt that the screenwriters did not know how to use Jey's character properly. He even considered telling his son to take a break, since WWE seemed insecure about what to do with him.
Rikishi mentioned that, although WWE is making money with the merchandise of Jey's “Yeet”, Jey is working hard for his success, making appearances and participating with fans, not because he has to do it, but because fans love him. “This is not favoritism towards him or anyone else,” said Rikishi, stressing that his criticism is based on what is happening and not only on the treatment of his son.
Rikishi declares Jey use could succeed in AEW
Rikishi emphasized that his concerns could be applied to any fighter, not just his son. He expects WWE to recognize Jey's value and give him the opportunities he deserves. He also believed that Jey could succeed elsewhere, as in AEW, if WWE does not appreciate it enough.
“We know that the boy is so good that WWE is not the only place,” said Rikishi. “I could go to AEW if I wanted to write your own ticket.”
Fans have been vowels in their support for WWE to raise to Jey use at the top of the poster. As one of the favorites in Monday Night Raw, there is a significant anticipation for WWE to drive him to an individual champion position, hopefully he will eventually become world champion.
Feels like a fumble to have Jey Uso waiting in position until he’s needed in the Bloodline story.

Many hope to see if WWE will capitalize their popularity and potential in the near future or if Jey use could consider a change to AEW.
