With the retirement tour of the WWE John Cena -dinner mega -stress around the corner, many top -level fighters have been throwing their hat to the ring to have a last dance with the WWE legend. A WWE star who recently expressed his desire to do it is the former intercontinental champion Sami Zayn.
“I would never miss the opportunity to get on the ring with John Cena,” Zayn said in a recent episode of “Cheap Heath with Peter Rosenberg.” “It is who you want to be in the ring. It is who you aspire to be in the ring. You work your whole career in the hope of sharing the ring with John Cena.”
Zayn said that fighting with Cena was never on his radar when he was emerging at the independent scene and, instead, he said that his goal was always to reach the top of the promotion he was in.
“One only wants to pay to the highest level with the best people,” said Zayn. “When you look at the panorama … 15 years ago it simply did not seem to share a ring with John Cena.”
However, Zayn expressed his enthusiasm to fight against dinner before he officially retired. He also described his desire to be involved in the fight for the intercontinental title with Cena, the only title he has never had. While that is still attainable, Zayn will first have to recover the intercontinental championship after his defeat against Bron Breakker in Summerslam.
Cena and Zayn have only faced once, in the May 4, 2015 edition of “RAW”, which was his first fight in the main roster of the WWE against Cena as part of the open challenge of the United States of Cena.

Another WWE talent also seeks to fight against John Cena before retiring
During a recent interview with the Daily Star, Bron Breakker revealed that his dream fight would be to retire to John Cena. Breakker believes that if Cena wants to have the best possible fight with a high -level talent he has not yet faced, that talent is him.
The son of former fighter Rick Steiner also emphasized that he is positioned as one of the main stars of the future and would enjoy the opportunity to compete with dinner as part of his farewell.
“I think that the only fight that I can Generation, which goes to … the next five, ten years … take a step forward and be the leader of this locker room, that is me. ”
