“The State We are all,” said the president in an appeal that the different levels of administration to narrow their cooperation out of the partisan struggle. “In the face of emergencies, only one response is worth: institutional unit, institutional loyalty, co -responsibility in the resources that are deployed to deal with this catastrophe.”

Sanchez has recognized that the climatic emergency “is faster than expected” and that, therefore, that context must open the debate on existing resources. “We have to readjust and resize our capabilities. The media are and will be greater, but the competitions are clear. And, therefore, maximum collaboration, maximum empathy and maximum commitment because we are facing a reality that runs over us more and faster.”

The president has reiterated his intention to promote a State pact on the policies to be developed to deal with climate change. Something that has set for the month of September. “I will propose to the scientific community, the entrepreneurs, the unions, and the administrations a State Pact against the climate emergency. With that ambition and with that objective we will work in the coming months and years.”

“We must prepare the territories so that when these emergencies are produced we are provided to make their impact less. Every year the climatic emergency is accelerated, why do we do not make the climate emergency a state policy?” He stressed.
