The president of the Investigation Commission in the Senate, Eloy Suárez, of the PP, has on several occasions interrupted the beginning of the interrogation of the President of the Government to demand that he be careful in his answers to the questions asked. “The question is very specific,” Suárez snapped amid criticism from several representatives of the PSOE.
The president of the Commission has called Rafael Simancas and Alfonso Gil, from the socialist group, to order after their protests. In an ironic tone, Pedro Sánchez thanked “the impartial tone” of the president of the Commission. “Mr. Sánchez, you are not going to argue with me. The protagonist today is you,” he responded.
