


The recently withdrawal Sting revealed Kayfabe Friends which signed a new licensing agreement with the company, continuing its relationship after withdrawing from the action in the ring earlier this year.
“I signed a several years with AEW. Obviously, not to fight more, it's like a license agreement, a legends agreement, if you want to call it that,” he said. “I will make appearances with them from time to time, depending on what they want and all that.”
Sting fought his latest fight in the AEW Revolution PPV star event in March, teaming with Darby Allin to defeat The Young Bucks and retain the titles in AEW couples. After his victory, the titles were declared vacancies.
Since he moved away from the ring, Sting has remained away from the spotlights. However, he did An appearance at All in in August helping Darby Allin to defend himself from The Young Bucks and Jack Perry.
After next year the All In was announced in Texas, Sting wrote on social networks I would be looking from “somewhere.”
