This Saturday, La Santamaría Cultural Plaza will become a scenario of calm and vitality. More than 500 practitioners of Taichi Chuan and Qigong will meet at the II Festival de Taichi Chuan y Qigonga free encounter that is part of the Bogotá summer festival in its 28th edition.

With the motto “A world, a family”the event will bring together teachers, students and fans of these Chinese ancestral practices, which today are recognized worldwide for their contribution to physical and emotional balance.

The day will begin at 9:30 in the morning with the parade of the participating schools and will continue with the Dragon and Leon Dancescultural expressions that symbolize prosperity and strength.
