Several current and previous personalities of the WWE, including Tama Tonga, Bayley and Finn Balor, recently used social networks to react to the heartbreaking publication of a SmackDown star about the death of the Japanese legend Kuniaki Kobayashi. The star referred to is Karl Anderson.

Kuniaki Kobayashi was one of the big names that the quadrilateral has never stepped on in Japan. He began his career with New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) in 1973, where he became the IWGP Junior heavyweight champion. According to reports, the legend fought against various types of cancer throughout his life and, unfortunately, died of pancreatic cancer on September 9, 2024, at the age of 68.

SmackDown's superstar, Karl Anderson, Recently he resorted to Instagram to pay tribute to Kuniaki Kobayashi. Anderson revealed that the legend helped him a lot during his time at NJPW. He also shared a sincere story about his encounter with Kobayashi during the recent WWE tour in Japan.

Karl Anderson and Finn Balor were partners before joining the wwe

Finn Balor and Karl Anderson have become popular in WWE in recent years. The duo has also fought with each other on multiple occasions in the headquarters in Stamford.

However, before joining WWE, Finn Balor and Karl Anderson were teammates during their stage in New Japan Pro-Wrestling. The stars were part of the famous Stable Bullet Club, along with Bad Luck Fale and the current member of Bloodline, Tama Tonga.

It will be interesting to see if Balor, Anderson and Tonga will form a team again in the future.
