The Company Institute (IE) has informed the investigating judge of the 'Begoña Gómez Case that has no emails exchange with Cristina Álvarez, the advisor of the government's president's wife. This is indicated by Judge Juan Carlos Peinado in a providence after he claimed to the entity that contributes to the cause the emails that he exchanged with Álvarez while the wife of the President of the Government was in charge of the Africa Center – dependent of the IE – so that the Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard analyzed them.

Hairstyle realizes that in an IE report it is indicated that “there are no emails received and/or sent with the investigated Cristina Álvarez” and the judge points out that due to the absence of mails “it will not be possible, consequently, its analysis through the UCO.”

He summarizes both the prosecution and the defense of Álvarez, who resorted to that diligence claimed by the instructor, to express whether they maintain or give up the appeal, “since the analysis and report will not be able to be carried out.”

Comba ordered this diligence within the framework of the branch of the procedure in which it investigates whether there was a diversion of public money in the designation of the Moncloa worker and if she has performed private functions for the woman of the chief of the Executive.
