“When the son of Pedro Sánchez leaves Vox will come, we will kill them and throw them into the sea.” This was one of the comments made to CM some of the members of an ultra group that last Friday, June 20, violently evicted an abandoned ship in an industrial estate located between Aldaia and Alaquás in which a thirty people had resided for years, most of Maghreb origin.
CM witnessed this wild attack, since he had been collaborating with different NGOs for aid to these groups and knew several of the people who lived in the property, which is why on June 23 he made a complaint in the National Police that has been referred to the Civil Guard, whose troops have already initiated an investigation to clarify the facts.
The complaint, to which Eldiario.es has had access, recounts a Dantesque situation, in the words of CM to this writing, “it was like a violent film, horror.” As reflected in the document, “about 30 Maghreb boys lived in the ship, for about four years, without provoking problems”, until it was acquired by an individual: “He told them that on June 20 they had to go, since from the 21 they would proceed to the eviction of the people there.”
The majority hurried until the 20th to leave, because they did not have many more alternatives. According to the complaint, “one of the boys asked (the complainant CM) if he could go to the ship to help him collect his belongings by appealing the complainant that day at 15.30.
CM agreed to accompany him with his car and when they arrived at the ship, he stayed on the street waiting for the chicho to go out with his things: “While waiting, I observed some 30 people with aesthetics of a neo -Nazi group that came out of a ship that had in front, which carried two pitbull dogs, baseball bats, machetes, tear gas, two of them carried a vest that simulated being from the police National also carrying those two people what seemed to be a gun fire gun tied by the pants. ”
They told me to leave, to take the car or crack my wheels
Next, always as reported in the complaint, “that group began to assault the people who lived in the ship” and even CM itself received insults, push -ups and a slap on the face. In addition, within the ship the group of aggressors “launched tear gas to the people who lived there and when the victims fell to the ground, they hit them with the bates” and even one of the assaulted, to prevent them from continuing to hit him, “jumped from the second floor of the ship to the outside, fracturing some bones in the fall, and being later transferred by an ambulance to the hospital of Manises, where they had to operate it.”
Given all that situation, he says CM that shouted at the aggressors to stop hitting them. This caught his attention, so they intercepted it and pushed her against the car, “they told me to leave, to take the car or crack my wheels.” He assures that he received aggressions when he called the police for the facts he was witnessing. The inhabitants of the ship were injured and that's why he called the police. According to him, one of them got in the moment they went to hit him: “He got in front to defend me and broke his face.” Then, with an excavator machine they took and threw all belongings from the migrants.
After the call of CM, a patrol was appeared at the scene with only two agents of the National Police: “They were literally surrounded, but tried to control the situation as they could.” He then called again to ask for reinforcements, so he was beaten and threatened again: “Before more agents arrived, the individuals who carried the police vests took them away and made them disappear with the dogs, the bates and other elements they carried.” The complaint also affirms that “the person who had bought the ship was present at the scene and told the complainant that this group of neo -Nazi aesthetics were his friends; this person carried a fanny woman with a considerable bundle of tickets and at a time after the aggression he told some of the aggressors: I have not paid you for that, you have gone from your hands, now it is going to be for me.”
The complaint adds that “when the reinforcements arrived and could control the situation, they all began to do as if they didn't know anything about the aggressions they had just committed.”
Until the place of the events, personnel from the Red Cross and the City of Xirivella moved to be interested in the situation of the attacked as well as the General Director of Inclusion and Cooperation of the Department of Equality, directed by Susana Camarero. From his department they have explained that he appeared there, and he was well into the night: “We offered inclusion resources, with the places we had available and, in fact, 12 people entered, since we established an emergency procedure for it. Although the social services for these issues are municipal and the immigration competition is national, we have worked in particular with this City Council and we have met with them several times prior to what happened on Thursday, to address this issue. This subject with different resources and we are working for new strategy withouthogarismo ”.
