The General Assembly of the League Fgathered this Wednesday with an extraordinary basis, has agreed to cease its functions of the until now vice president Rubén Alcaine. And he has done so after the approval of a motion of censure presented by a majority of competition clubs.
After the vote, and having reached the required majority, the motion has been approved by carrying out the effective cessation of Rubén Alcaine as vice president of League F. According to the statutes of the professional competition, so that the motion goes ahead needs the support of the 2/3 parts of the clubs. This means that 11 of the 16 clubs of the current female professional competition support this movement.
Now the clubs will have to choose the person who occupies their vacancy although they study a statutory modification to change the model of the position.
Rubén Alcaine He has announced that he will exercise the legal actions that assist him against this motion in addition to the two actions he has already carried out. Last Monday was before the ordinary justice where he requested the suspension of today and previously on June 13 before the CSD where, in addition to the suspension of the assembly held today, he requested the disqualification of both the current president of the League f, Beatriz Álvarezas of its general director Pedro Vilches.
In both cases for alleged commission of very serious infractions and for which he requested two years of disqualification. And also requested that the CSD raise this complaint to ADMINISTRATIVE COURT OF SPORTS (TAD). At the moment neither ordinary justice nor the CSD have ruled in this regard.
