The Central Operating Unit (UCO) has delivered to the Judge of the Supreme Court a patrimonial report on José Luis Ábalos in which it detects 95,437.33 euros in different deliveries that do not correspond to income declared by the former Minister of Transportation and former Secretary of Organization of the PSOE.

These expenses are distributed among five women although the largest games are intended for “Carlos” (18,078.80 euros) and the monthly payments in an account of the Fiadelso Foundation (18,706,25). “Together the disbursements detected in the evidence, without ruling out many others that would not have communicated by the media intervened, and that Ábalos would not have compensated by banking, ascending to a total of at least 95,437.33,” collects the UC in its attest, to which Eldiario.es has had access.

The researchers have detected “patterns compatible with the existence of unst declared cash income” and adds: “Although income and expenses appear balanced, by incorporating what is stated in this section, a volume of higher expense is observed,” they say in reference to the more than 95,000 euros. The UCO adds that the cash withdrawals were void between 2018 and 2023 and returned in 2024.
