The Central Operating Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard has informed the Supreme Court that the former Secretary of Organization of the PSOE Santos Cerdán acquired 1,350 participations of the Servinabar 2000 company worth 6,000 euros.
This is stated in a trade issued on Monday and registered this Tuesday before the High Court in which the agents account for the private contract for the sale of shares dated June 1, 2016 and signed by the Cerdán himself and by the businessman Joseba Antxón Alonso Egurrola.
The Civil Guard has contributed to the cause the document that seized on June 10 in the registry carried out at the domicile of Alonso Egurrola by order of the magistrate Leopoldo Puente, who is responsible for the investigation to the former Minister of Transportation José Luis Ábalos and his exassor Koldo García for the alleged collection of commissions in exchange for public works awards.
