Seven months before two Magistrates of the Supreme Court signed the car that placed the Attorney General, Álvaro García Ortiz, Camino del Banquillo, Sagrario Fernández posed for an official Christmas greeting together with the president of Madrid and the local elite of the PP of Villaviciosa de Odón (29,273 inhabitants). The peculiarity of that photo, dated December 16 and broadcast on Instagram by the PP, is that Sagrario Fernández, who appears in the company of nine leaders of the party in Villaviciosa, is the wife of the magistrate of Supreme Eduardo de Porres. That is, wife of the editor – ponent – of the judicial resolution through which he and his toga partner Julián Sánchez Melgar, chosen by the Rajoy Government to be a general prosecutor for a few months, supported on July 29 the order of prosecution dictated by Ángel Hurtado, instructor of the open case against the attorney general, Álvaro García Ortiz. The third member of the Court of Appeal, Andrés Palomo, also of conservative mood, issued a devastating particular vote – discrepant – where he broke off what he himself defined as the absence of solid indications against García Ortiz.
