Cena RockCena Rock

After more than two decades of being the face that runs the place, John Cena surprised last night when heel became at Wwe's Premium Live event elimination chamber. The wrestling veteran Jonathan Coachman recently suggested that the company could have reached a special agreement with the Cenation leader to compensate for the consequences of that movement.

After winning the men's elimination chamber fight, Dino remained in the ring while Cody Rhodes, Travis Scott and The Rock joined him. While the franchise player seemed to encourage the American nightmare when he refused to sell his soul to the final boss, he suddenly turned against the 39 -year -old champion. The Heel Cena, The Rock and Scott then hit Rhodes, leaving him bloody in the ring.

Speaking in the podcast Behind The Turnbuckle: The Last WordJonathan Coachman suggested that WWE could have agreed to give dinner more money to compensate for the possible decrease in merchandise sales that would suffer due to the Heel turn:

“I am also guessing that when they decided to do this, Tommy, they said to Cena, 'Hey, we are going to pay you X quantity of extra dollars', because they know that it will lose merchandise money in the process,” he said. (From 42:13 to 42:23)
