Candice Lerae has been the WWE Speed Women's inaugural champion for three months. The veteran fighter defeated Piper Niven at the opening of the Autumn Tournament, beat Kairi Sane in the semifinals and Iyo Sky in the final of the championship. Natalya began the tournament to determine the first Lerae challenger with a victory over B-Fab. He also defeated the latter in the semifinals due to Zelina Vega's injury and became the new number one challenger by beating Michin in the final.
The Poison Pixie and the Queen of Hearts fought for the first time in the today's championship edition of WWE Speed.
