Colombia closed its participation in the second edition of the Junior Pan American Games, which was held in Asunción, Paraguay.

The most laureate sports for Colombia
Cycling was the most prominent sport for Colombia, with 21 medals in total (13 golds, four silver and four bronzes). Within this discipline, the track shone with 12 medals, including nine gold.
