The MTB Antioquia Cup lived this Sunday in Yolombó its fifth valid of the 2025 calendar. The day brought together more than 140 cyclists from municipalities such as Amagá, El Retiro, Cañasgordas, Caldas, Abejorral, El Carmen de Viboral, Girardota, Yarumal and the host Yolombó, in a circuit of 2.7 kilometers characterized by curves, slopes and mud sections that demanded technique and resistance at all levels.
The event was attended by clubs such as Tourmalet, Bike2GO, Specialized Medellín and GW Erco Shimano, and competitions were disputed from Push Bikes Children to Master categories.
Among the outstanding results were the triumphs of Sammy Liseth García Tabares (Infant to Ladies), Antonia Rivera Rodríguez (Infantil B ladas), Jhonnatan Botero (Junior, Gw Shimano Erco), Jonathan Puerta Uribe (Open, Specialized Medellín) and Diego Mauricio Rojas Ruiz (Senior, Bicitienda Yarumal).
The organization and accompaniment of the local community marked the day, which left Yolombó as an epicenter of the Antioquia cyclomontañismo.
