Tadej Pogacar remains unstoppable in the Tour de France 2025 and achieved a new victory on Friday after registering the best time in the chronoscalada that was played in the Pyrenees. The Slovenian increased its advantage by the top of the general classification.

Pogacar, head of the UAE Team Emirates ranks, completed the route of stage 13 in 23 minutes and 19 hundredths, with an advantage of 36 seconds over the second best time, achieved by the Danish Jonas Vingegaard (Visma-Lease to Bike).

It was not a good day for Remco Evenpoel, leader of young people and third in the general classification. The Pedalist of the Soudal-Quick Step was unlocked the chain in the final stretch and could not show a time according to his conditions.

During most of the day, the Australian Luke Plpp (Jayco Alula) led the test and remained in the hot chair until the Slovenian Primoz Roglic (Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe)-seventh in the general-supero it with a difference of 37 seconds.

Stage 13 of the Tour de France 2025 was a demanding ideal test for mountaineers. It was a chrono -scallop of 10.9 kilometers between Loudenvielle and Peyragudes, with 675 meters of accumulated slope, in the heart of the Pyrenees, south of France.

This challenge was the last individual counterreloj of this edition of the Grand Boucle. The squad had already faced the stopwatch in stage 5, when Remco Evenepoel showed its category as a world specialty champion and took the victory with authority in Caen.

Unlike that flat and fast day, this Friday's chrono was uphill. The rise to Peyragudes included demanding sections with ramps that had an inclination of 16 %, a challenge that tested the power and strategy of the favorites.
