One of the greatest uncertainties in WWE at the beginning of 2025 is the possible status of The Rock for Wrestlemania 41. There are contradictory reports on the availability of The Final Boss for The Grandest Stage of Them All. However, Triple H has broken the silence on the subject and has commented on it.
Some reports indicated that The Rock will not be available for Wrestlemania 41, which would affect WWE plans for the event. Others suggest that The Great One will probably have a fight in Las Vegas or at least one possible appearance.
Speaking in the podcast Yes medium With Jimmy Traina, Triple H was requested to clarify the state of The Rock for Wrestlemania 41. WWE content director confirmed that Rocky is, in fact, The Final Boss due to his height in Hollywood, before insinuating a possible surprise.
“What is about The Rock, you can call the end Boss; it is somehow a precise statement. It is, I don't want to say more than anyone, but it is the largest box office star in the world. He has won the right and is in a position to do what he wants. He does what is correct for WWE and the projects he works on.”
He continued saying:
“He is very collaborating with me and with Nick about what we want to do, contrary to what many people think. Time will say. I don't want to reveal anything, but I think, as moments appear here that they are huge points of change, he is a game changer. That's what he does and who he is,” Triple H said.
The last appearance of The Final Boss in WWE was at the end of Bad Blood, when he faced face to face with Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes. He even made a throat cutting gesture, although it is not clear to whom he was directed.
The Rock will be in Los Angeles before WWE RAW debut on Netflix
There have been rumors about the possible appearance of Rocky in the first episode of WWE RAW in Netflix this January 6. It will take place at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California.
In an Instagram post, The Great One confirmed that he will be in Los Angeles one day before RAW. It will be among the presenters of the Golden Globe Awards 2025, so there is the possibility of surprising the WWE universe the next day.
