Paul “Triple H” mild is explaining the different approaches that take the most important stars of WWE in regards to public appearances, and Roman Reigns stands out for all the right reasons.
In an interview in the program The Roommates Showthe WWE executive shared his thoughts on how the main superstars such as Reigns, John Cena and Cody Rhodes handle their public characters and their obligations with the media.
“Each star has the things that work for them,” Triple H said. “Dinner is like him, if you say, 'Give me the perfect model of someone who would do anything for the company,” it would be dinner. He is the first to arrive, the last to leave. He will do all the media. He is a perfect representative of the company at all times. “
Triple H explains why Roman Reigns makes less appearances at WWE
Triple H did not stop there, recognizing Cody Rhodes for following the dinner steps.
“(Cody) somehow is modeled (after dinner) because he was a promising young man when Cena was on top. This is how he looks at himself: as the way to become the best.”
However, when it comes to Roman Reigns, Triple H admitted that the tribal chief plays with a set of different rules, and that is working in his favor.
“Roman is totally different. Not in a bad way. It's like, 'I don't feel that is worth my time.' But that works for him because if we took that character and put it in all these other things, we would somehow damage the character. ”
Triple H explained that Reigns's selective approach is not about avoiding responsibilities, but about preserving the mysticism of his character on screen.
“It's not that I don't want to do it. It doesn't feel that the character should do those things,” Triple H added.
Roman Reigns balances limited appearances with maximum impact
As the current undisputed universal champion of the WWE, Reigns has firmly established as one of WWE's greatest attractions. Its ability to balance limited appearances with a maximum impact has become a distinctive characteristic of its historic reign as champion. Meanwhile, the tireless work ethics and Rhodes' commitment to the media make them equally valuable in their own way.
