Welcome to the latest edition of the news and rumors of WWE of Prwrestling, where we bring you the latest business updates. Today, some great stories are presented.
Plans for Cody Rhodes have been reported, while Randy Orton and Alexa Bliss are in the news. On the other hand, WWE seems to have no plans to bring an absent superstar. So, without further ado, let's enter today's summary.
#1. Cody Rhodes could lose WWE's undisputed championship soon
A lot has been speculated on the duration of Cody Rhodes reign as WWE undisputed champion. The American Nightmare hopes to keep its title until the end of 2025, but that might not be in the plans. According to WrestleVotes during a live question and answers session in Backstage Passa new undisputed champion will be crowned in 2025.
However, nothing specific about when Rhodes will lose his title or who will dethrone it. It remains to be seen what happens to The American Nightmare, with potential stories against The Rock, Randy Orton and most expected in 2025.
#2. Alexa Bliss's travel difficulties
Alexa Bliss has had numerous problems with airlines over the years. He has not hesitated to publish them on social networks. The five -time women's champion did the same on Christmas eve, after a long day of travel while all American Airlines flights were suspended due to a technical failure.
In his official X/Twitter account, Bliss mentioned his long travel day before praising the flight attendees of his journey:
We had a very long travel day … but today we had the best flight attendees on our flight. @Americanair
As for its state in WWE, it is rumored that Alexa Bliss will return in early 2025. He could join The Wyatt Six, as he has suggested.
#3. Randy Orton apologized to Mustafa Ali for injuring him
Mustafa Ali recently revealed a conversation he had with Randy Orton in 2021, where The Viper apologized for injuring him two years before.
Orton caused Ali a swollen eye during a fight in February 2019, which resulted in a brain shock. This forced him to miss the Elimination Chamber combat a few weeks later, being replaced by Kofi Kingston. The rest is history.
Speaking in Insight with Chris Van VlietMustafa Ali mentioned how repentant Randy Orton was throughout the situation:
“He felt very bad about brain shock. Obviously, he apologized at that time. But almost a year or two later, he and I were talking. He said: 'Friend, I never wanted It bothers me that I have removed that. '
#4. The latest on omos
Omos has not been seen in WWE in almost a year. It seems to appear only for the Royal Rumble and other real fighting. The Nigerian Giant fought for the last time on April 5, the night before Wrestlemania XL.
Unfortunately, there seems to be plans for omos to appear on WWE television. In a Fightful question and answers session, Sean Ross Sapp declared that, although it is not injured and is still under contract, The Nigerian Giant is not planned to return in RAW or SMackDown for now:
“There is no news about him. He is still under contract with WWE. I don't know why he is not on television. He has not been used from around Mania, and had appeared in live fighting and events. Occasionally he makes media appearances.”
It remains to be seen when he returns to Raw or SmackDown.
