We are back with another edition full of news and rumors of the WWE. While several races have been truncated due to injuries, another veteran has practically confirmed that his career in the ring is over.
We have an update on whether Brock Lesnar will ever return to WWE television, along with Sheamus's last achievement and more. Continue reading while we immerse ourselves in the main stories of the day:
#5. Ryback addresses his future in the ring
Ryback may have broken ties with WWE, but it is not yet renouncing its dreams. The Grandullón has not stole the quadrilateral since 2018. The 43 -year -old veteran has spent his last years recovering from injuries.
Previously today, he resorted to his X (previously Twitter) account to share a bittersweet update about his health status. Ryback detailed his shoulder recovery and said his back has cured:
“I went at 34, with a multi -million dollar contract of the WWE, but I needed a fusion of five albums in the replacement of the right shoulder. They filled me with toast every day and cortisone on the shoulder, which eaten all my cartilage of the shoulder, causing the damage I did not even have at first. I have submitted to 20 procedures with stem cells. My back is at 100%. There is no problem anymore.
The intercontinental ex -champion added that he could return, but that he would probably put him in a greater risk of aggravating his injury. Ryback added that he has accepted that his career at the ring has ended and asked fans not to make illusions.
However, the veteran will continue training to see if he can achieve a miraculous return in the future:
“Could I return to one? Being realistic, probably yes, but I could have serious consequences, or not. I need to reach a higher level because I do not want to do only one, and I do not know. I have accepted that it is over. All of you should accept that this is over, but I do not give up. I keep training. I am doing everything possible to keep me, that possibility open if a miracle occurs, what could still happen in this.”
#4. Buff Bagwell returns to jail
The former WCW and WWE star, Buff Bagwell, had several problems with the law over the years. It was arrested in 2020 for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Bagwell was arrested again a year later for multiple positions, including running out, not carrying or submitting a driver's license, giving a false name, following too closely and more.
The veteran has also fought against substance abuse, but has remained sober in recent years. The former NWO member recently resorted to his YouTube channel to announce that he was going to return to jail for 72 hours due to the violation of the rules of his arrest of 2020:
“January 27, 2025, today, I will enter prison for 72 hours. It is a prison sanction of the Cobb County Court of Responsibility for violating the program's confidentiality rules. It is not for what they are going to read. They will read DUI and speeding, and that is an old arrest record of 2020,” he said.

#3. The latest about the state of Brock Lesnar in the WWE
Triple H has spoken about the possibility of bringing Brock Lesnar back, but that is not the case among bambalins. Since the beast incarnate was referred to in Janel Grant's demand against Vince McMahon, he has not been part of the WWE creative plans. Although it was not appointed directly, the company has remained away from it to avoid bad advertising.
With Royal Rumble around the corner, some fans have been waiting to see the universal former champion finally make his long -awaited return. According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, there is still no movement with respect to the possible return of Brock Lesnar. It will not be brought back until the legal team of Green Light.
Brock Lesnar appeared for the last time at Summerslam 2023, where he lost to Cody Rhodes in the culmination of his rivalry of months. Is that the final chapter of his career, otherwise worthy of the Hall of Fame? Only time will say.
#2. Congratulations to the WWE Sheamus superstar
Sheamus continues to add more awards to his career. Although recently he could not win the intercontinental title in Saturday Night's Main Event, he won a trophy outside the WWE.
Sheamus and his friend-enemy Drew McIntyre recently appeared in the last edition of Hot Ones Versus. For those who do not know, the two guests are given two options: tell the truth or suffer the anger of The Last Dab.
The Celtic warrior turned to his X (previously Twitter) to spoil the result while published a photo of himself holding the gold chicken wing trophy.
“Spoiler after Spoiler after Spoiler after,” he wrote.
Sheamus has not appeared on WWE television since he lost to Bron Breakker last week. Will Royal Rumble Male of 2025 enter and will get your ticket for the main event of Wrestlemania 41? Fans should tune in this Saturday to find out.
#1. What follows for only Sikoa at WWE?
The future of Solo Sikoa has been in the air since he lost the Ula Fala against Roman Reigns in a tribal fight in Raw's debut in Netflix. A few weeks ago in Smackdown, he abandoned Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga without saying a single word, leaving The New Bloodline in ruins. In an interview with Bleacher Report, only Sikoa promised to win the Royal Rumble combat and head Wrestlemania 41:
“Just winning the Royal Rumble. Just going to the star event Wrestlemania, honey,” Sikoa said.
This practically confirms that the street champion will participate in the Royal Rumble of 30 men on February 1. With Roman Reigns, having declared his participation, it will be interesting to see if the two members of Bloodline will be face to face once more.
