A few important names have been fired, while comparisons have been made between Tiffany Stratton and Charlotte Flair. A popular WWE star has been discarded for Wrestlemania 41 and Alexa Bliss continues to hint a character change.

#1. Ilja Dragunov is out of Wrestlemania 41
Ilja Dragunov has not been seen since he suffered an anterior cross ligament break in September. Six months have passed since their injury, and there have been questions about The Mad Dragon.
WrestleVotes has provided an update on Dragunov in a recent Live Q&Astating that it was last seen at the WWE Performance Center two weeks ago. However, it does not seem to be ready for the action in the ring yet. Ilja Dragunov returns after Wrestlemania 41:

#2. Isn't Tiffany Stratton ready for Charlotte Flair?
WWE conducted a divided screen interview between Tiffany Stratton and Charlotte Flair in SmackDown. This was done to build his fight in Wrestlemania 41, but he could have exposed the current women's champion, according to Bully Ray.
Speaking in a recent edition of Busted Open Radiothe veteran said Stratton seemed very nervous. Bully Ray pointed out the marked difference between her and Flair during the interview, stating that The Buff Barbie is not ready for this fight:
“What in that verbal battle side by side of the other night in SmackDown would make you believe that Tiffany is ready for Charlotte Flair?
Bully Ray also mentioned how frightened Tiffany Stratton seemed before praising Charlotte Flair for staying confident throughout the interview.
#3. Alexa Bliss changes his appearance
Amid his recent absence in WWE, Alexa Bliss could have hinted at a great character change. He shared his subtle new look in his Instagram history, going from having pink strands in his hair to disappear. Bliss has apparently smoothed her hair and has become completely blonde:
It remains to be seen if this is part of your transition to become a member of The Wyatt Sicks. Uncle Howdy has been authorized to return, so Alexa Bliss could also be back soon.
#4. Gail Kim fare for TNA for problems with the company's association with WWE
In the most shocking wrestling news of the day, Gail Kim was fired by TNA. The former WWE female champion was a popular figure behind the scene in the promotion, but it seems that there were some problems behind the cameras.
Bill Apter addressed Kim's exit in the Live Q&A in WrestleBingeaffirming that it was for the Association of TNA with WWE. It is supposedly due to a restructuring as a result of this association:
“I heard today that it had something to do with the association between TNA and WWE. There is something politically that could have happened there. I don't know what it is. This is just what I have heard. Supposedly (it has to do with) restructuring many things now that the thing with WWE seems to be moving forward, even more.”
It remains to be seen what follows for Gail Kim. It is one of the most respected people in the business for their contributions to women's wrestling during the last two decades.
