Brock Lesnar and Goldberg are two of the most popular stars in the history of this business. They were often compared to each other until WWE faced them in an individual fight in Wrestlemania XX.
In a recent edition of Live Q&A en Backstage PassGerald Brisco and JBL were asked who would choose between Brock Lesnar and Goldberg. Both opted for the former universal champion, attributing his decision to the general fighting skills of The Beast Incarnate.
“Oh, man, that is one of the easiest comparisons that exist. If you observe the longevity, I mean, you have to go with The Beast. I mean, the versatility of Brock Lesnar far exceeds (Goldberg) and it is not no contempt for Goldberg because he was also at the top of his game. JBL intervened saying that, although Goldberg was the only star -original star that seriously competed with WWE during the Attitude era, he chose Lesnar due to his past familiarity and the intellectual coefficient in the ring of The Beast.

Brock Lesnar has been absent from WWE television from Summerslam 2023, when he closed his trilogy with Cody Rhodes spectacularly.
