Gunther has successfully defended the heavy world championship against multiple WWE stars. However, a wrestling veteran predicted that the company plans that he loses the title against a main star of RAW.
Last year, Jey use faced face to face with The General Ring twice. However, he lost both encounters. In the Saturday Night's Main Event event last month, the original Bloodline member suffered a third defeat against Gunther in a fight for the heavy world championship. The 39 -year -old fighter recently won the 2025 men's Royal Royal to obtain an opportunity for the world title in Wrestlemania 41. During the show after Royal Rumble, Jey Use revealed that he would like to have another opportunity against Gunther. The two had a heated confrontation last night in RAW. In the podcast Gigantic Popthe former WWE fighter Matt Morgan predicted that he would use the General Ring if they face in the show of shows, which would not be the case if he challenged The American Nightmare:
“(Jey use wins in WrestleMania?) No. I know it is a horrible story not to let him win but he won't beat Cody, so it could be against, what is his name?, Gunther, potentially.
It would be interesting to see if Jey finally uses his first world title in his WWE career this year.
