This generated speculations that the former NXT American champion could move to SmackDown due to his differences with The Judgment Day, especially with Finn Balor in RAW. There is a superstar that could follow “Dirty” Dom to the blue brand. It's nothing less than his father, Rey Mysterio.
The 619 teacher has pending accounts with his son Dominik after he betrayed him in 2022. However, he could move to SmackDown, leaving the possibility of an alliance with Dominik open in case the Judgment Day goes after him. Dominik has apparently disagree with Finn Balor during the last weeks. The two had a heated exchange in Monday Night Raw, where Balor accused Dominik of allowing Damian Priest to approach WWE's World Weight Championship again.
Dominik responded by accusing Balor of being jealous of his progress in the company. “Dirty” Dom also highlighted how he was close to the world title while making fun of Balor's failures in his championship attempts.
“Dirty” Dom is known for betraying people close to him. Rey Mysterio and Rhea Ripley are classic examples. It is possible that the 27 -year -old superstar will finally betray Finn Balor in Saturday Night's Main Event. The Prince would compete in a triple threat struggle against Damian Priest and Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship.
