I looked at his stay with AEW, and there are rumors that he could return to WWE. The Rusev's career with the company based in Jacksonville saw him work briefly with his now ex -wife, CJ Perry (also known as Lana).
During a recent episode of Brodawn in Backstage PassVince Russo approached the reports about Miro's possible return to WWE. The former WCW champion said he would have scheduled Rusev and Lana together if he depended on him.
“Rusev, I mean, when I was with wool, they had reactions. They were on top when Rusev and Lana made their performance. My God, brother, if they were (WWE's creative team), would bring both back to both of them.”
Russo is not the only veteran who would like to see the Bulgarian gross return to the global giant.
Bill Apter wants to see Miro in WWE
In Smack Talkthe journalist of the Fame Bill Apter hall recently said he wanted him to look like Rusev under the creative direction of Triple H in WWE.
“Well, we don't know at this moment what will happen and why they had not really used Miro. I mean, he had some health problems for what I understand, injuries. But he was so strong for so long in WWE and Rusev and never really took advantage of all their potential in that company.”
Apter also argued how WWE could bring the former United States champion back.
“Then I would like to see him return like Rusev. You know, many people think that without wool, if he returns, it will not be the same. But I think they could bring him back even stronger depending on the story that bring him.” (From 1:42 onwards)
Fans will have to wait to see what follows for The Redeemer in the world of professional wrestling.
