Cody Rhodes will defend his WWE undisputed championship against the winner of the men's elimination chamber combat. The former superstar of the headquarters based in Stamford, Matt Morgan, recently said that the company would never schedule John Cena to challenge The American Nightmare for an important reason.
The Cenation leader began his farewell tour earlier this year. After expressing his desire to pursue his 17th World Championship, the 47 -year -old WWE legend failed to win the Royal Rumble Male. At the press conference after the event, it was announced for the elimination chamber. Now, Cena must overcome Seth Rollins, CM Punk, Damian Priest, Logan Paul and Drew McIntyre to gain an opportunity for the title against Rhodes in this year's show shows.
Speaking in the podcast Behind The Turnbuckle: The Last WordMorgan said that WWE content director, Triple H, and his creative team would never put dinner at the Ring with Rhodes for financial reasons. He said Cody was the new John Cena and generated too much money for the company so that the 47 -year -old veteran defeated the champion:

John Cena could give up WWE's undisputed title after winning it potentially, Magnum suggests
In a recent podcast episode Straight Talk with The BossWrestling veteran Magnum Ta suggested a scenario in which John Cena would win the elimination Chamber and dethrone Cody Rhodes in Wrestlemania 41.
The former 65 -year -old fighter said that Jacob Fatu could then attack and destroy the Cenation leader, leading the latter to give up the title after not being able to return to defend him:
“If you had something absolutely monstrous to do right after to give someone a serious impulse, like this little Jacob Fatu, you know, that it is simply a crazy That kind of action with him, ”he said.
Cena affirmed at the press conference after Royal Rumble that his participation in the main event of WWE Wrestlemania 41 would be the best for the business. It will be interesting to see if triple H thinks the same.
