The goalless draw in north London saw us manage the quarter-final tie and eliminate our Portuguese opponents, against whom we struck late on last week via Kai Havertz’s ultimately decisive late strike.
We will now resume battle with Atletico Madrid in this season’s competition, heading to the Estadio Metropolitano in a fortnight’s time, on April 29 – before returning to N5 for the second leg on May 5.
