We face Sporting CP in the first leg of our UEFA Champions League quarter-final on Tuesday, and you can see what we’ve been up to in training ahead of the tie with Inside Training.
Having won all eight games in the league phase, we beat Bayer Leverkusen 3-1 on aggregate to set up a quarter-final with Sporting, who overcame a 3-0 first leg deficit to beat Bodo/Glimt in the last 16.
We’ll be hoping to continue our recent good record at the José Alvalade Stadium, after we thrashed Sporting 5-1 away from home in last season’s league phase.
