Our young Gunners return to action after the international break with a London derby clash against Chelsea in the Under-18s Premier League South on Tuesday, April 7.
The match will be played at Cobham Training Centre, with kick-off scheduled for 12pm (UK time).
Adam Birchall’s side come into this fixture building momentum, unbeaten in their last two matches. Most recently, Arsenal played out an entertaining 2-2 draw with Fulham, rescued by a dramatic last-minute equaliser from debutant Luis Munoz.
The Opposition
Chelsea have enjoyed a strong campaign so far and currently sit second in the table with 46 points, boasting a record of 14 wins, four draws, and three defeats. They trail league leaders Tottenham by one point, but they do have a game in hand.
The Blues arrive in good form, having won three of their last four matches, including a victory over Crystal Palace in their most recent outing.
In cup competitions, Chelsea’s FA Youth Cup run came to an end against Manchester City, while their Premier League Cup journey concluded at the group stage.
The two sides last met back in September, with honours even on the day. Callan Hamill found the net for us in a closely contested encounter.
