The RockThe Rock

The Rock has been absent from WWE since March. The wrestling veteran Jonathan Coachman recently predicted when The Final Boss could return to the company based in Stamford.

The last appearance of the 53 -year -old legend took place in Toronto in Elimination Chamber. The live premium event saw Cody Rhodes refuse to sell his soul to The Rock. Meanwhile, John Cena became Heel and aligned with The Final Boss and Travis Scott, while the three attacked The American Nightmare. The Member of the Junta de Tko has taken a step back in history since then. After absent from Wrestlemania 41, he explained that it was he who decided not to get involved because he did not want to steal the prominence of The Franchise Player and Rhodes, who faced WWE's undisputed universal title in The Show of Shows.

Speaking in The Coach & Bro ShowCoachman informed that a source told him that WWE plans that The Rock and John Cena cross again for the end of this summer. Meanwhile, the former interim general manager of RAW predicted that The Final Boss would return in July while responding to the statement of a fan about that the change to Heel de Cena has been disappointing so far:

“This is where I think that the information I got is true, because The Rock never wants to leave a bad taste in anyone. And they are right. There have been three months and what has really been achieved during this change to Heel? When you analyze it from a macro perspective, it could have been much better if The Rock, at some point, even if they were only videos, it would have been inserted in history. Can you imagine how great they would have been? He returns in July, ”he said. (From 58:30 to 59:10)

WWE analyst thinks The Rock could reveal Drew McIntyre as his protected when he returned

In his podcast Notsam WrestlingWWE analyst Sam Roberts proposed a stage in which John Cena would be Babyface after disobeying The Rock orders.

The 41 -year -old analyst suggested that The Final Boss could then reveal Drew McIntyre as his protected one, which would lead to a rivalry between The Franchise Player and The Scottish Warrior:

“Drew entering at the end of that and starting a rivalry with John Cena because John Cena betrayed The Final Boss, I think it's the best way to close the cycle of these crazy things from The Final Boss and make John Cena be again Babyface,” he said.

The Rock previously revealed that a superstar that calls the “superman of WWE” offered to sell his soul. Many fans speculated that McIntyre could be due to their personal relationship with The Final Boss.
